Health data is the most sensitive data you have. Here is exactly what we hold during the beta.
What we collect in the beta
Your name and email from the signup form, and — once you're in the app — the wearable metrics and lab values you choose to connect. Nothing else.
How it's stored
Encrypted in transit and at rest, on managed infrastructure with access limited to the engineers who operate the service.
What we never do
We never sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers, insurers, or employers, and we don't use it to train models for anyone else.
Deleting everything
Email info@ankrahealth.com and we delete your account and data. No retention period, no forms.
Not a medical device
Ankra doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and it isn't a substitute for your doctor. If something in the app worries you, take it to a clinician.
