How it works
Your biometric data accumulates every day and almost none of it gets used. Ankra pulls your wearable, bloodwork, and daily habits into one place, then guides you forward with an AI health coach that turns the data into a clear next step.
1. Connect your data in one place
Link the device you already wear — sleep, resting heart rate, HRV, activity. Upload a lab PDF or connect your records. Log meals, workouts, and symptoms directly in the app. Everything lives in a single dashboard instead of scattered across apps, PDFs, and memory.
2. Your AI health coach reads the trend
Ankra's AI health coach looks at how your data fits together, not one number at a time. A bad Tuesday doesn't become an alert. What matters is the pattern: a downward sleep trend, a rising resting heart rate, a biomarker drifting out of range.
3. Get a short, guided next step
Each week you get a short list of what moved and what it likely means, with a confidence level attached. If we aren't sure, we say so. The coach then suggests a concrete action — recheck in six weeks, add a 10-minute walk after dinner, bring this trend to your next appointment — so you aren't left interpreting graphs alone.
4. Stay on track with gamified habits
Small daily habits — logging a meal, hitting a sleep target, taking a recheck — build streaks and progress inside the app. The gamification is there to keep you consistent, not to make health a competition. You stay engaged with the coach, not just the numbers.
What the beta includes today
A unified dashboard for wearable + lab data, meal and habit logging, weekly AI coach summaries, and trend history. Coaching plans and family-history risk modelling are on the roadmap and not in this build. We would rather you see the real scope than a promise.
Product screenshots are coming from the beta build — this page describes what the app does today, without a mock-up standing in for it.
